Hi David, I’ve just noticed these bird images you’ve posted. I particularly like this one of the heron. There is lovely light on him which works really well against the dark background. Also loving the reflection, although if it were mine I might try and clone out the reed reflection that looks like it is protruding from his back, although I quite understand this is a no no for true wildlife images, I find it a little distracting maybe it could be toned down with the burn tool which is allowed. I love the negative space you;ve left on the rhs with that small amount of reflected detail it really works, as a judge would say ’good space for him to move into’!
