You are right JUlian. Well done Sue. Like Julian I would love to know why the figure appears to be in such a contorted position. I know you have been to Wales (i think) is it some memorial to a pit accident perhaps?
It's in the sculpture park at Burghley House near Stamford (just off the A1).
