Ian Stone will bring his Presentation for the first half of the evening,  ‘Smorgasbord of Images Over The Past 12 months'.  The talk will consist of winning images from Tanzania, the Yorkshire Dales, the Namid Desert, SW Ireland and Greece. Images will ranges from landscape, wildlife, abstract and astrophotography.

Third Monday Night Practical Session 

Practical: Model and lighting

We will have a simple set up for lighting a model, as well as some flowers, using the FCC Lights which are readily available for any member to borrow to experiment at home. Bring your cameras and suitable lens.

TRIPTYCH

Displayed and judged as projected image.  You can enter two Triptych, the three images should be cohesive but can be displayed in any style or design of template containing the three images

Kearsney Abbey Walk Talk and Tea  (Obviously weather dependant)

Should be some nice Autumn Colour, lots of birds, swans, water and a small waterfall. Experiment with closeup, Macro, slow shutter, abstract images and bird photography, bring suitable bird food, bread is discouraged.

Please bring or wear suitable footwear for messing about in the River!

Hopefully tea in the cafe, but it is undergoing rebuilding, I will check nearer the time and advise.

Get your creative juices flowing, think outside that box, bring us something different.

Not just a normal snapshot, no restriction only that it should be totally created on your phone.

We will have some Judging by you the Audience.

At the AGM it was decided to allow entries to the competitions right up until the Friday before the Competition.  No reminders will be sent, if you aren't in you can't win!

Our "Print with Confidence" Lecture consist of an explanation of both monitor calibration and printer profiling, colour management through various software and general profiling queries.
